About Pinetop Apartment Homes
Pinetop Apartments is a home to eleven 4-plex apartment buildings spaced among the beautiful pine trees of Colfax. It is located just east of Hwy 80 and minutes away from downtown Colfax.
This complex recently has gone under a major renovation. It is professionally managed by Eugene Burger Management Corporation that provides onsite management. Each building has either 4 or 5 units with most being 2 bedroom / 1 bath with the exception of two 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment homes. Some units come with washers/dryers, but all have hook ups ready to go for your laundry needs. We also have dishwashers in select units as well.
